La Parguera is a very beautiful fishermen village that is part of the Natural Reserve between Guánica and Cabo Rojo. The reserve is famous for its coral reef formations covered by four different species of mangrove trees unique from this Reserve. La Parguera has no sandy beaches but beautiful little islands called by locals “Cayos” (or Keys). In La Parguera you can enjoy all kind of water sports, especially those related to sun, wind and diving. At night time you must visit the unique and romantic Bio-Bay.
